If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Schoolmate, Shop No. G/3, Shopping Complex, next to Gokuldham, Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400063.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Schoolmate, accessible from https://schoolmateplus.in
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Goods / Products sold by the site will not be returned or exchanged, unless of any manufacturing defect, in such a case – customer can get the same exchanged from our Shop within 7 days from the delivery, at his / her own cost with the proof of purchase from us.
Any cancellation of the order within 24 hours of booking will attract 10% deduction of the total amount + the respective Bank Charges will be deducted, and the balance amount will be refunded to the customer within 7-10 days in his / her account. NO Cancellation will be entertained after 24 Hours of the bookings.

“Schoolmate liability would only be limited to the cost of the product purchased, and nothing beyond that in any case.“
